- Wash &soak the uraddal&rice 2hour.Griend &make a batter of dosa.Mix salt&Rest it another 2hour. Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add 1tsp mustard seedscurryleaves&greenchilli crackle than add cashewnut sauted, Addturmeric,corrienderpowder&garammasala powder sauted.Than add roughly crushed potato mix it well add boiled onion mix it well,add 1tbsp water cook nicely.off the gas.
- Heat a dosa tava greasedoil clean it With kitchen towel, sprinkle little water,again clean it pour a ladle ful of batter spread over the tava.Add 1tbsp o all over dosa &cook nicely.Now fill the potato masala,than grated carrot,than desecatedcoconut &chopped onion.Fold it &transfer a serving plate.

Take a grienderjar add 1cup desecatedcoconut,doak chanadal,ginger,greenchilli,curryleaves,salt&curd griend it to make a chutney.seasoning the Chutney.heat a pan add 1tsp oil,add mustardseeds,chopped greenchilli,&curryleaves crackle it&pour on the chutney.Serve the dosa with chutney.
