  2. 1/2 cup Crumbled Paneer

  4. 1 tsp Crushed Kesar

  8. 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  9. 1/2 tsp Salt

  1. First in a bowl, add Crumbled Paneer. Add Ghee, Powdered Sugar and 1 tbsp Milk powder. Mix everything well and let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Then after 1 hour, heat a large pan and add 3 tbsp Ghee and add Desiccated Coconut. Turn off the flame and saute for a minute. Keep it aside.
  3. Again turn on the flame and add another 1 tbsp Ghee and add the paneer mixture. Saute for 5 minutes until it leaves the pan.
  4. Add Crushed Kesar, Cardamom powder, 2 tbsp Milk powder, Salt and Almond powder and Cashew powder. Mix everything well.
  5. Now add in 1 cup of Milk in batches and 1 tbsp Malai Kulfi Essence.
  6. Stir it continuously until it again leaves the pan.
  7. Once the mixture leaves the pan, taste it once. Then add in sauteed Desiccated Coconut and mix well.
  8. Cool the mixture and shape it as you want.
