  24. 1 Green chilli
  25. 1 spoon oil

  1. Make the batter of idly for this first mix the suji and dahi and add water to make a thick paste

  3. Take a small pan add oil to it than add mustard seeds,jeera seeds,curry leaves,udad daal,green chilli,onions,cashwes and after 2_3min as it get roasted add this tadka to our idly batter...add a pinch soda
  4. Take idli sacha....add some oil in a idli sacha of every hole
  5. Add the batter to every hole....
  6. Steam the idli on high flame for 10 mins and check it with a tootpic it's get ready or not....
  7. If the toothpic is clear than the idli is ready
  8. For chutney....take a pan...add oil and add some mustard seeds
  9. Now add all the chutney ingrediants one by one....
  10. Roast everything and than grind it well.....no need of additional tadka....
  11. Now hot idly and chutney is ready to serve....
