- Add rose syrup in rest of the mixture in a pan. Mix well, stir continuously till it thickens again as added rose syrup. It thickens, transfer in a plate, turn off gas.
- Apply little ghee on palm. Now make very small balls from white colour ladoo's mixture. Now make little bigger size of pink colour balls than white colour balls.
- With the help of finger and palm, flatten pink colour mixture, put 1 white colour ball in it, close pink ball evenly and make perfect round ladoo shape. Make all ladoos in same method..
- All ladoos are ready, coat them evenly, in a desiccated coconut powder. Tempting, drooling, attractive Rose Coconut Ladoos are ready. Keep in fridge for at least 30 minutes to set, enjoy cool ladoos.
