  3. 400 gms Condensed Milk

  5. 150-200 gms Gulkand

  1. Wash thoroughly the betel leaves and remove the center stem using the knife as shown in the pic.
  2. Finely chop all the leaves. In a blender jar transfer the chopped betel leaves and condensed milk and blend it together.
  3. Heat a ghee in a pan and saute desiccated coconut on a low flame for around 5-7 mins. Once done transfer the blended mixture to the desiccate coconut and combine until everything is mixed together.
  4. Add cardamon powder and saute on a low flame for another 5-6 mins or till the mixture holds its shape together when pressed between your palms. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and rest for 10 mins.
  5. Grease your palms with some ghee. Take a small portion of the mixture in your hand. Flatten it out and make a space in the center. Add the gulkand filling in the center. Bring the edges together to seal the filling and give it a round shape to make laddu. Repeat the same procedure till all the mixture is used up.
  6. Finally, at last roll the ladoo in some desiccated coconut. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
