  9. 2 tbsp oil

  1. Slice green chilli, curry leaves, garlic
  2. Slice coconut
  3. Roast coconut, curry leaves, green chilli and garlic in oil by adding salt and turmeric
  4. Grind every thing. Transfer into the bowl. Prepare tadka, for preparing tadka, take a pan and keep on the stove, pour oil once the oil heats put mustard and cumin seeds, curry leaves red chilli and add into the grinded coconut mixture.
  5. Serve hot with rice /chapati /roti
