  1. For Kesari Ladoo:-
  2. 200 gm grated coconut
  3. 100 gm mawa
  4. 2 tbsp sugar
  5. 3 tbsp condensed milk
  6. 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits and nuts
  7. 2 tbsp saffron milk
  8. For Mawa:-
  9. 1 cup milk powder
  10. 1 tbsp ghee
  11. 1/2 cup milk
  12. 1 tbsp powder sugar

Steps to make to make Stuffed Kesari Coconut Ladoo

  1. Making mawa:-
  2. Heat ghee and milk together in a pan on medium flame.
  3. When ghee melts completely and milk start to boiling reduce the flame to low.add milk powder little by little and stair continuously to pervert lump formation.
  4. Stir and when mixture comes in a form of smooth and thicken mawa, turn off the flame and put it out in a bowl and keep it aside. Ji
  5. Making Kesari Ladoo:-
  6. Heat a pan with milk and boil it.Add sugar and stir continuously until sugar completely dissolved.Now add grated coconut and mix well on medium flame till the milk is completely absorbed by the coconut
  7. Add condensed milk and mawa and cook mixture for 5-10 minutes till all liquid evaporated.
  8. When mixture look dry lumpy and leave the sides of pan add 2tbsp saffron milk and mix well for 1-2 minutes.Turn off the flame and let it cool.
  9. In a bowl mix all dry fruits with 1tbsp mawa and keep it aside
  10. Now divide mixture in equal portions and roll it into small balls
  11. Flatten it bit and put a dent in middle.stuff with mixed dry fruits and seal the edges and again roll it in smooth balls.
  12. Stuffed Kesari Coconut Ladoo is ready to serve and enjoy!
